Troubleshooting Wireless

Use the steps below if you are having issues connecting to Evergreen. If the steps do not work and you are still having issues, contact the helpdesk at helpdesk@esf.edu or 315-470-6861.

Windows 10

  1. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi.
  2. Click on Manage known networks.
  3. Select "Evergreen" from the list and click Forget.
  4. Reconnect to Evergreen

MacOS

  1. Click the Wi-Fi icon in the menu bar and select Open Network Preferences.
  2. Click Advanced.
  3. Find "Evergreen" in the list of preferred networks, select it, and click the minus (-) button to remove it.
  4. Reconnect to Evergreen

iPhone

  1. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi.
  2. Tap the info (i) icon next to "Evergreen".
  3. Tap Forget This Network and confirm.
  4. Reconnect to Evergreen

Android

  1. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi.
  2. Tap on "Evergreen" and then tap Forget.
  3. Reconnect to Evergreen
